NEXODUS completed 70 shots for Abigail, Universal Pictures’ vampire horror-comedy directed by Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett. Our team was brought in to handle complex editorial-driven VFX, including split screens and dynamic respeeds to seamlessly merge performances despite challenging handheld camera work and fluid blocking. We also delivered temp shots on a tight turnaround for preview screenings, ensuring key scenes were ready for the big screen. Additional work included continuity fixes, green screen comps, rebar prop corrections, and the addition of a CG stake to heighten tension in both the film and trailer.
